Overview
A job-search dashboard that discovers recent public postings every morning, filters out mismatches, uses the OpenAI Responses API for structured relevance and fit analysis, and scores each role deterministically against a parsed CV. Matches, search runs, AI spend and skill-gap trends live in one Next.js dashboard.

- 01Daily discovery pipeline on Vercel Cron: fetches postings, normalises and canonicalises URLs, de-duplicates and prefilters before any AI call
- 02OpenAI Responses API with Zod-validated structured outputs for relevance classification and fit analysis; the final fit score is computed deterministically, with deal-breaker penalties
- 03CV parsing from PDF and Word files into a structured candidate profile
- 04Cost controls: a monthly AI budget, per-run and daily analysis limits, and an admin view of real spend from the OpenAI Costs API
- 05Candidate auth with signed HTTP-only cookies and Google login via NextAuth, plus a separate admin login; scoring and filtering covered by Vitest

My role
Full-stack engineer
Designed and built the product end to end: the discovery pipeline and cron job, AI prompts and Zod schemas, the deterministic scoring model, MongoDB data layer, authentication, dashboard and tests.
