   Lead Engineer

   Leading engineering at VenueX AI, an AI sales agent that answers inquiries and books tours around the clock for 250+ event venues, banquet halls, country clubs and caterers across email, SMS and web chat.

   • Built the Website AI product: an agent that builds and edits a venue's full website or landing pages from chat, grounded in its real business data
   • Agent runner and background build pipeline with live progress, a redesign flow for existing sites, full version history with restore, and custom-domain setup
   • Connected websites to the CRM so form submissions become leads, and required a contact method on every lead-creation path (manual, API, Google and Outlook inbound email, AI simulation)
   • Shipped across the platform: leads, conversations inbox, AI agent settings, calendar and appointment rules, lead blasts, automations and analytics
