Overview

An event marketplace and ticketing MVP for Pakistan: mobile-first discovery by city and category, checkout with disclosed fees in PKR, QR tickets, an organizer portal, a fast door scanner and a platform admin console, backed by a PostgreSQL schema that enforces the business rules itself.

1. 01PostgreSQL schema with 39 tables and 23 row-level security policies covering customers, organizers, finance, scanner staff and platform admins
2. 02Oversell protection: inventory holds lock the ticket row before reserving quantity, inside a security-definer database function
3. 03Atomic check-in: each scan locks the ticket, admits it once and logs every attempt, including duplicates and invalid codes
4. 04Two-stage approval workflow: businesses and their events are reviewed separately, and only approved events can go on sale, enforced at the database layer
5. 05Immutable ledger for payments and settlements, unique gateway and webhook IDs, and private storage for organizer verification documents
